Embarras River

This is the Embarras River down the road from where I live. If it rains enough the river over flows with water and this is what it looks like. It was probably deep enough to swim in. LOL! These pictures were taken around the first of the year.

My first blog entry

The reason i'm starting this blog is so that I have someone else to show my pictures to besides my family and just because I wanted to. I've been hoping to learn how to take better pictures than of the sky.My mom the maker of Countryside Portraits blog is the one who inspired me with this awsome sport of photography. If you have any comments on my spelling go ahead and put them in my family makes fun of me because of it and most of the time I end up joining in on all the laughing too.
